AI-powered categorization — intelligent classification of your transactions.

Multi-currency support — including exchange rate tracking.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
You may sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

MyGuita uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to process transactions, categorize expenses, and generate insights. You acknowledge that:
AI-generated results are suggestions, not guarantees. Categories, amounts, and dates may require manual correction.
AI features depend on third-party providers and may experience downtime or changes in accuracy.

MyGuita is an organizational tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Insights, projections, and summaries are based solely on the data you provide and should not be used as the basis for financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional for financial advice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter or upload to MyGuita, including transactions, documents, and descriptions.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us at support@myguita.com. Upon deletion, your data will be erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
